My HP Envy laptop which I bought from Bestbuy only on last November had sound problems. So, last month I took it to the local store (Manchester, CT) from where I bought it. After inspection, they sent it for repairing under warranty. It's been 20 days since then, but no significant progress on the repair status. I tried to contact with the store regarding this several times, but they aren't clarifying specifically what's the problem in it. Once they told they will let me know soon the details about the problem either on phone or by email, but nothing happened!
I am not happy at all with this irresponsible handling of the issues.
