Unbelievable that your managers speak to your patrons in this fashion

I was at your fort Myers location, to pick up a online order I had placed. When I arrived there my order was not ready to be picked up when I checked my status with the guest pick up representative. I then asked to have this item shipped, while the cashier was assisting me, she went out of her way to help me and see if my item was perhaps in the back room. Waited about 15-20 minutes for her and she returns with a gentleman and he stated to me that he will look for It and to hang tight and just wait off to the side, so that they can’t continue to help others I said no problem and waiting near the Apple section. While waiting I receive my text stating my item is now ready for pick up. Relieved and noticed that there wasn’t a single person in the customer service line. I walked up to a new assistant and presented my barcode. He scans and pulls up my info on the computer requested my ID and while he’s helping me the same gentleman that mentioned would help me was standing there with with a Apple Watch. I looked at the cashier and said I think he may have the watch. The cashier asks this guy (who conveniently wasn’t wear a name tag, but can decribe him either Hispanic/ Black man about 6” tall short hair and a tattooed arm sleeve I believe on this right arm black tshirt and blue jeans ) looks at the screen and was comparing serial numbers after realizing that it wasn’t the correct one. He snaps at the cashier and says his order isn’t important, we have a hundred other others that we need to get too. Close this page and look up with information, then looks at me and says I asked you to give us time and wait. I didn’t say a word and walk back over to the apple section. Two minutes later the first cashier girl comes up to me. And requested my order number one more time. I walk back with her to the counter and she pulls up my information again. This time with a different gentleman (geeky white kid with a beenie) comes and looks at my order walks to the watch cabinet and returns with my watch. Hands it to the girl and following him was the guy who stated hen would originally help me and too wait. Comes up to me and states “man you just have to be patient“ I told you I was gonna get your order. You don’t have too bother my associates to get your order you’re being inconvenient . I said excuse me... how am I being inconvenient to you? As far as I’m concerned you did your job. As someone who’s worked many years in customer service, as someone who represents Best Buy shouldn’t be addressing your patrons if he doesn’t understand how to compose himself in public. Just a word of advice. He then flares up and screams at me this isn’t my job I’m a wharehouse manager. I reiterated to him congratulations you did you job! You did your job! He then takes a deep breath and tells me to have a good day! And walk over to the girl ringing me out to tell her that I’m a waste of space and that she shouldn’t have even helped me and walked away. I feel sad that your staff behaves this way to people who are providing revenue to your business. Along with putting money in they mans pay check who felt entitled to address me in this fashion. Thank god for internet shopping and other retail options. I’m never shopping with your company again after this experience.

Sadly I doubt it. Good thing for internet retailers to avoid such an experience.
