I bought a tv **in store** which I had delivered. I purchased Total Tech **in store.**
On the receipt it shows a Total Tech **serial number.**
I signed up for a BestBuy account 4/23/2022. When I attempted to **register/sign up** for a Total Tech account on the Total Tech web page, the website kept looping back to the Best Buy web site. I've tried different browsers...Safari, Firefox & Waterfox. All 3 browsers did the same, kept looping back to the BestBuy web page.
I checked my Best Buy account & confirmed Total Tech does not show up.
In view of the above I am unable to register Total Tech which I have a serial number for.
Can anyone help me please?

For some reason your email asking to use the email I provided to you & my reply to it "disappeared." Not sure if I pressed the wrong buttton or not.
Please use the the email address I provided.
I suspect the "sales person" who sold me the tv put in that 1st account w/o my knowledge.
