They won't be able to schedule it through this forum, but you can call 1-800-433-5778 to schedule a service appointment. If you can provide the phone number or email associated with the purchase, they can also help determine whether there is an active Geek Squad Protection Plan as well.

Welcome to our community forums. Having just got a new TV this year, I know I would want to get this back up and running as quickly as possible if I were in your shoes. A Geek Squad Protection plan is a great thing to have, I'd be glad to give you some details on how to get this repair process started.
There are a couple different ways to get in contact with the Geek Squad to schedule an appointment. As jdogg836 mentioned, you can give them a call at (800) 433-5778. If your TV is smaller than 42 inches, you can also schedule an appointment online.
