My TV is no longer working. I purchased my television on-line On November 29, 2018. For the past two months my television started making popping noises and now the screen is black. We called Direct T.V trying to make sure it was not the cables or the cable box. everything checked out just fine. I have called Best Buy 4 times and every time I am being told to call back. THe first time I called, I was told to take the T'V. back to the store (the the closest store is 90 miles away from me) so I was told that my claim is being escalated to the back end(whatever that means). I have yet to receive a call or email. This is UNACCEPTABLE!! Geek squad is no help. I have spoken with a supervisor and nothing has yet to be done. I was NEVER buy anything else from Best Buy or have my family purchase anything from them.

Thank you for taking the time to join us here on the Best Buy Forums. As someone who uses their own TV almost daily, I can certainly understanding wanting to get a remedy for this issue as soon as possible.
As nckhammond had stated earlier, the one-year warranty that is included in the price of the TV is fulfilled by the manufacturer of that TV. However, we may still be able to assist with this and I would be more than happy to a closer look to see how we can get this ball rolling. First off, do you happen to know what brand this TV is?
