Trying to contact Best Buy corporate

I purchased a Whirlpool refridgerator Sept 2019. Back in November my ice maker broke, then the freezer, then the fridge.  It took over a month to fix it (5 seperate visits) Now in March, my ice maker and freezer stopped working again. They came out (again) and had to order parts. It has been 2 weeks and parts are still not in. As of yesterday, my fridge is no longer working.  Do you know what it is like to live out of a cooler? This is unacceptable!!! I purchased a new fridge to not have these issues. 

The company Best Buy uses in my area (A&E Factory Services) are horrible. They have been out a total of 6 times and still cannot seem to repair it.  They keep ordering more parts (that take 2 weeks to get) They have the parts shipped to your house. I have never seen a company that does not have a supplier or warehouse they can drive to and pick up parts. They change your appointment without consent. Show up at a time that is not in your appointment time frame. 
Best Buy needs to replace my fridge! I am done with living out of coolers.
