Treat customers better and delivered products that are not defect in a timely matter

I have had 3 terrible experience with Best But in the last 5 years. First with appliances had to to go to Nebraska furniture for easy deliveries , and no defective refrigerator stove or microwave. third experience. Had to return  a Sony tv and sound system because of a defective tv or sound bar. Per Geek squad.  Took nearly a month to find problems and then the store would not send new equipment for another week to help fix the problem Finally had unit picked up but was charged 150.00 to install a defective unit!!!   The managers at Best Buy in Flower Mound Texas could have cared less that we had to wait nearly  a month of worrying with your defective product!!!  Never again.  Linda
