TotalTech replaced my brand new pixel 6 with a refurbished pixel 6 damaged with scratches, the wrong model version and the wrong color. Dealing with your telephone customer service staff is beyond a joke - they passed me over to each other 9 times in 1hr and 28 min.
Dealing with your Chat staff is equally pointless. And yet not a single person working in your company has any idea who they should be talking to, or what they should be doing. $199.99 for this trash? You must be joking.
