I purchased a Toshiba in November.
Everything was working fine, until now, when I go to the TV guide or try to change the channels, It freezes up and I have to keep unplugging it. It also happens when I try to turn off the TV with the remote, it doesn't even turn off.
I tried all these solutions.
Reset to factory defaults
Update the firmware
I would love to get help to solve this issue as soon as possible.
Any help would be appreciated.

Because the TV is over 42”, please call us over the phone to schedule a time for a Geek Squad Agent to come out to your home to see if they can diagnose what could be causing the TV to act this way.
