Toshiba 55lf621u21 Green lines on screen 27 days old

My Toshiba tv is 27 days old and has green lines running top to bottom. What can I do to fix it or what are my options?

Welcome to our forums!  Whether it’s 27 days, or 27 months, having a TV no longer functioning as expected is an understandably frustrating experience, and it’s disappointing to hear this seems to be the case with the Toshiba TV you recently purchased with us. 

 

With that said, your TV should still be covered by the 1-year manufacturer’s warranty, so if you’re still having issues with the lines that you’re seeing, I recommend scheduling an appointment with our Geek Squad, so they can take a closer look, and hopefully resolve the issue.  If this is something you’d be interested in, you’ll be able to schedule an appointment here, or by phone at 1-800-433-5778.

So geek squad handles Toshibas 1 year warranty issues?
