Welcome to our forums! Whether it’s 27 days, or 27 months, having a TV no longer functioning as expected is an understandably frustrating experience, and it’s disappointing to hear this seems to be the case with the Toshiba TV you recently purchased with us.
With that said, your TV should still be covered by the 1-year manufacturer’s warranty, so if you’re still having issues with the lines that you’re seeing, I recommend scheduling an appointment with our Geek Squad, so they can take a closer look, and hopefully resolve the issue.
