Third world customer service unacceptable

Bought a laptop 5/21. It stopped chariging two weeks ago still under warranty. I called best buy and was told to bring it to store #612 for repair. I drive an hour and a half to store #612 and was told no you have to contact the manufacturer,

I asked repeatedly why was I told by best buy to bring it in if that is the case and was totally ignored by the employee.

Drive hour and half back home and contact the manufacturer and was told "Best buy is contracted for repairs take it back to store #612.'

Seriously who has time for this kind of misinformation? It feels like a scammy way to avoid honoring a warranty and is defintely less than third world customer service.

Multiple trips, emails, phone calls I ended up going to Walmart and buying another brand of laptop. No more shopping at best buy for me. I never had one single person working for best buy make any effort to help me. Don't waste your money on best buy products becasue supoort is non existant.

No one ever responded to mu calls or emails deeming best buy not worthy of my business going forward,

Just sent that info to you and also got a call from local DA asking for documentation as well

After multiple emails to the store that were never answered I emailed corporate. I was contacted and told I would hear back from them by today 2/11  will update when/if I hear back
