I would also be upset that my Geek Squad Protection (GSP) plan is not covering the problem with this TV, when you paid an extra $500 to make sure your purchase was protected. I can confirm that damage is not covered by a GSP, and I have yet to see a manufacturer's warranty that covers damage. With that said, I would like to see if there is any possible resolution we can provide you in this matter.
