On February 11, I placed an appointment to your north Little Rock location on east McCain street for the 17th for an iPhone 13 screen repair. I was sent multiple emails reminding me of the appointment and helping me prepare my phone. When I got to the store I was told the repair technician had called out for the day. I had received no text or call in advance and therefore had driven 45 miles for absolutely nothing. The employee then scheduled me for an appointment the following Saturday (today the 25th). I got to the store and was informed there were no apple repair technicians even employed by this location and had now driven 45 miles to and back and now to the location again totaling in 135 miles driven for no phone repair. This seems unacceptable and I was not compensated for any of my efforts or told when the employee would be hired who could fix my phone.
