If you log on with a computer to your forums account there is a picture icon in the toolbar above the message box that allows you to add photos.

My team is located here at our Corporate Campus and I am authorized to speak on behalf of Best Buy.
If the specifications for this TV are incorrect, I would recommend reaching out to Sony for further assistance. Alternatively, the Geek Squad should also be able to diagnose if there is a problem with this TV.
