I dont understand why A&E repairs are even in your database. We have been trying to get our dryer that we have purchased from Best Buy repaired for a month now, first we had a issue with proving that purchased the sercvice plan, Best Buy was trying to deny that the service plan was even purchased, luckily we had the original reciept but thats not even the most frustrating part. We have called to get a repair on the dryer because it was making a noise, just a annoying noise, on the forth attempt of getting a repair guy, he finally came and claimed that he changed s roller and it shoudl be fine, however when i went to use the dryer it was still making a  noise, so I called them back out again and they sent another repair guy who admitted he didnt know what was causing it to make the noise but he will desemble it to take a closer look, after a couple hours he said he had to order the part that it needed and it will arrive in about 2 weeks then he left, I am assuming that that meant that we would have to hear the noise for 2 weeks, since that was all that was wrong with it, WHAT HE FAIL TO MENTION is that he broke the dryer completly, the dryer that is needed as an essential part of the operation for our business is out of service completely for 2 weeks, as soon as i realized that the dryer wasn't even getting hot, I called back immediately to A&E and BestBuy, neither one cared about the importance nor the urgency of having a working dryer inside of our salon on one of the busiest weeks of the year, New Years. I have called so many times, I have been hung up on, transferred to unanswered extensions, told that there is nothing that they can do (even though they are surrounded by working appliances) I asked ANN if I could speak to a manager and she ignored that request all together and put me on hold to never return, no one seems to care that the carelessness of their "technician" has slowed down our  business tremendously, We are force to go outside of our business to try to use public dryers just to keep business going. this is the 2nd appliance that we have had to get repaired through Best Buy and both times have been horrific! I don't understand how a business can provide such horrible customer service including through their 3rd party vendors as well. the overall experience is the worst I have ever experienced. I don't even  do reviews, or complaints often, but this is by far the worst experience in my life. I suggest staying away from companies who are so careless, thoughtless, unprofessional and completely uncompassionate about their customers experiences. my fingers are going to go numb from writting reviews, contacting every source possible regarding this matter until it is resolved, someone who can help should contact us asap. thank you!
