I am writing this to figure out a way to get my dishwasher repaired. I bought a new dishwasher at Bestbuy along with Geek squad support (Supposedly helpful, apparently more trouble).
My dishwasher started leaking 2 months back and I called up the support. It took 2 weeks for them to setup an appointment and send a technician, only to tell me “this is your issue”. From there, they ordered parts (GE APPLIANCES) , which got delayed for nearly a month. Finally after getting the parts, we called up to schedule the appointment again. Again MORE DELAY! Finally it was today the technician supposed to show up. Later this afternoon we saw an email in the inbox that, the appointment has been rescheduled to another 2 weeks. SERIOUSLY??
We tried to call back in the appliances, geek squad, or best buy (They just bounce back and forth, so now I don’t know where am I calling). They said, the part sent to me is wrong one. I am back to square 1 and got to restart all over again from putting request for a part.
In addition I have been offered an exchange of new dishwasher due to the delay. Now that is again a scam I feel like. The stores do not have the same product and they can only give me a store credit. If I have to order the same model, I should wait for months. The products they have in-stock, will not be replaced in exchange of my damaged one.
Could someone attend this or do something about this please? Its frustrating. I am tired of washing dishes too. Could someone contact me or reach out?
There is no Customer Care number whom we can speak for a resolution. No call back ha been recieved. There is a consumer relationship department which can never be reached. WHATTT??
