System shipped with a faulty hard drive - can it be replaced?



I recently purchased a Dell Inspiron 15 7567 from this website during the memorial sale. I've had it a little more than two weeks. The shipping was a hassle to get straightened out, but alas, I got my item, and I thought everything after then would be fine. However, upon opening and setting up the system, I noticed almost immediately a faint, yet distinct, buzzing sound coming from the internal components. Now I didn't think anything of this, because I'm not very computer savvy, but someone suggested to me to check the SMART test to see if it was hard-drive failure. I did, and the SMART test failed. It worked perfectly fine after that, so I thought it might not be that much of a big deal. However, in the past few days, the system has been working very sluggishly, and updates take forever to crank out. I'm talking, like, five+ hours. I've reset my system twice since this occurred, but the slow performance is still there. Is there any way I could get my system replaced?
