Store refused to replace my AirPods Pro due to a “computer error”.

I had a horrific in-store experience two days in a row as well as phone support refusing to help me at all (and treating me horribly). My AirPods Pro were and are covered for replacement and the store kept getting an error on their computer and so they wouldn’t help me. I’ll send all of the details in a PM when someone is available. Thanks.
