Store experience

Yesterday Friday Nov 9th i visited the store in eastvale CA. I went to the Greek squad counter to drop off a tablet. The lady asked if i had an apointment. I told her no then she said your going to have to make an appointment and come back. There was not one costumer anywhere near the greek squad center. She did not even want to hear what i had to say. If the geek squad techs were busy with apts and i didn't have one i would understand them turning me away.

We do require reservations to drop-off devices, as often times, they need to be checked in and assessed by an Agent. If you do not create a reservation prior to visiting your local store, we would be unable to assist, as Agents keep a tight schedule to accommodate multiple patrons.


We would recommend creating a reservation here, or giving an Agent a call at 1-800-GEEKSQUAD (1-800-433-5778) to do so.
