My laptop has been at the service center for one month now and I have not been told what the problem is or what is being done. This long time and lack of communication is unacceptable. In order to recieve any update on the repair I had to ask a store manager to place an expedite repair request. The only response I have recieved is that a repair is underway via the repair tracker. Even the manager was confused as the service center is supposed to call the manager back within 48 hr. At this point I simply want to have my protection plan fulfilled so that I may get a computer of same value, but apparently the service center has to approve this and are not commuicating ANY information.
