Speak to a Manager?

I have had the same issue. I have bee on the phone with Geek Squad since 10:00am CST and it is now 2:32CST. I have been placed on hold for an hour and hung up on 3 times. I just joined Geek Squad on Friday and thus far the service is beyond horrible. How could this be?
