Sold A Broken Fridge

I purchased a samsung refrigerator that cost $1,700 on 11/3/2020, on bestbuy.com. I also purchased a 3 year warranty through geek squad bringing my total to $1,993. When the appliance was delivered to my home, I was told to wait 24hrs for the fridge to cool the next day I checked the fridge. It was kinda cold but wasn’t cooling. I contacted best buy to tell them my appliance doesn’t work and they told me to contact samsung. Samsung have sent someone to come fix the appliance. Several parts have been fixed and the appliance still doesn’t work. I have been railroad by samsung and best buy. Today is 4/8/21 and me and my kids still don’t have a working fridge. I’m very upset to be a first time home buyer and to receive a product that’s defective i’m hurt. My kids didn’t get to experience thanksgiving dinner or christmas! I have asked numerous times for a replacement, or to take the purchase of my credit card because I don’t feel I should have to pay for something that’s malfunctioning!

It should also be able to last for quite some time without additional maintenance, and I can understand your concerns if you’ve already had several service visits.
