Service Order Number: {removed per forum guidelines} is taking a very, very long time

Dear BestBuy/Geek Squad Support, It's been almost a month and still the notebook computer hasn't been repaired. We have approved the repair multiple times and still nothing. Can  someone please help us? Or, if not, let us know this is a lost cause? 

 

My vice president keeps  asking about this.  

 

Please advise.
