Segwick claims the the rest of BB support are a joke.

Bestbuy took 4 delivery attempts to actually deliver my appliances. Between that time they destroyed the 1st fridge, cut the cord on MY fridge, and dropped a dolly down the stairs. 


Delivery 1: Cancelled


Delivery 2: Left dishwasher in box, destroyed new fridge, cut the cord to our existing fridge and we were left with NO FRIDGE. Also argued haul away was not included when it cearly was paid for. Left trash.


Delivery 3: Rush delivery scheduled because we didnt have a fridge, truck shows up WITHOUT a fridge.


Delivery 4: Brought Fridge, only slighly damaged it on the way in, dropped dolly down the stairs, left all trash on porch. argued haul away.


Nobody takes accountability, and Bestbuy has crafted their system to the point where you cant even call a store. WHAT?!


Now Insurance Claims...I am told I will have a response in 3-5 business days. I have left 3 voicemails over 3 weeks with segwick and nothing. LOL also just found out BB declined my food spoilage claim because "it was not caused by a failed fridge". No just your destruction of property.
