Sedgwick not responding

I have filed a claim, it is with Sedgwick, but I'm not having any luck with a response from the agents, Nicole {removed per forum guidelines} or Sean {removed per forum guidelines}.  My initial email from them began on 12/21, but I'm not getting any responses now. 

My claim number is {removed per forum guidelines}.  I have sent pictures of the damage, sent the estimate for repair and nothing nothing nothing.  


My refrigerator has it's extended warranty until 2021.  The water damage was due to a faulty valve.  It was repaired but I'm still living with warped flooring. 

Please help!

Welcome to Best Buy's Forum! We know you take pride in your home, so it's understandable that you'd want answers regarding the water damage your floors received as I know I would feel the same way if in your position.
