Hello Best Buy, I've seen so many complaints about Sedgwick that date back a while now, why are you still doing business with them? I need to purchase more appliances and am rethinking if I should purchase from you just because of the way Sedgwick is handling my claim. After filing my claim, it took a little while to get a call from them. The lady from Sedgwick who called was very nice and said she was very busy. I sent her the quotes to repair the damage done to my home over 2 weeks ago and still haven't heard back from her. The online reviews on Sedwick are horrible and I'm left wondering if my home is going to get repaired. Can you help?

Currently, Sedgwick Claims Management Services, Inc is the insurance company that underwrites Best Buy claims for property damage that may occur during home deliveries. While Best Buy and our partners should do everything they can to prevent damages, when something unexpected happens we do want to have a process in place to assist. All that being said, I’m disheartened to hear that your claim with Sedgwick is ongoing longer than is ideal, since I totally understand wanting to get answers as quickly as possible.
