I saw that there are multiple posts from other customers where Sedgwick gave no responses. My case is very similar too and never getting a response from them, the property damage ( chandelier broken ) happened 3months back, I called multiple times and all the time the call goes to VM that never gets returned.
Will you be able to help me to involve Sedgwick ? I can share my reference number in private, Thanks.
