Sedgwick damage claim

I have a water damage claim I need nelp with ASAP.  Every hour that goes by, damage is increasing.  When I call Sedgwick at 855-832-1338, all I can and have done is leave a voice message. My Sedgwick representative Rebecca {removed per forum guidelines}  never bothers to pick up her phone or answer her emails. Its been more than a week and no callback so far. Water is soaking into wood and walls, and I'm worried about mold, and water under flooring. Any help you can do to expedite is appreciated, and ultimately will save Sedgwick and Bestbuy money.

Water damage can certainly cause some other complications and we’re sorry to hear that your concerns may not have been promptly addressed. Has any progress been made? Has Sedgwick responded? I'm in the same boat. It's so frustrating.

None as of now. Best Buy has done an amazing job by choosing the most incompetent and unprofessional company i.e. Sedgwick to handle their insurance claims.

Will do. It only took me a month to finally get a response back from my claim representative after repeatedly calling her  and her supervisor's office line. Keep calling them every day as much as you can. They won't pick up your phone in the hopes that you will give up. Good luck.
