I have a water damage claim I need nelp with ASAP. Every hour that goes by, damage is increasing. When I call Sedgwick at 855-832-1338, all I can and have done is leave a voice message. No callback so far. BB GS tech repaired washer and left drain hose off. He started a test before he left. When cycle drained, all water drained to my wood floors. Water is soaking into wood and walls, and I'm worried about mold, and water under flooring. Any help you can do to expedite is apprecieated, and ultimately will save Sedgwick and Bestbuy money.

I’m sorry to learn about your experience with your install and the water leaking onto your wooden floors. I would be a nervous wreck and upset if this happened to me. For forum viewers, my claim has been in process for 5 weeks, and transferred to 3 different people. Communicating with Sedgwick is frustrating at best. They do not call back, you can only leave messages.
