Sedgwick Claims Still Won't Respond

 From my last post: 

 

Going on two months since a Geek Squad agent came to my home and forgot to put my washing machine's drain hose back causing masive amounts of water damage. I had to front the cost for water mitigation to avoid any additional damage, and after sending in the necessary information for the claim my agent, Shelly {removed per forum guidelines}, has not responded once. I've left SEVERAL voicemails. Sent emails. Called dozens of times. She will not answer. Called the corporate line who said they would transfer me to her supervisor because the "claim status was weird" and got a generic voiceline for their department, not a person.

 

I'm beyond frustrated and don't see an end in sight. I still have yet to repair the HVAC return damage caused by the water leak out of fear they will need more pictures or something.

 

Pleas help me with this.

But at this point it's well over three months. The last time I heard from my claims agent was on the 20th of February, the day after you reached out to them and I was told everything was fine and it was to be processed the next day. I still have heard nothing, get no call responses or email responses from Shelly. Can you PLEASE help me get this take care of.
