My house was damaged during a delivery. In respect to Best Buy I will not publicly share the details but it more than warranted compensation - yet, Sedgewick did not respond to a single email or phone call until I had a week left on the claim - at that point I updated them, heard no response, and now my case is closed....

I incurred some damaged during a furniture delivery a couple years ago, the claims process was not a fun experience.
