Hi. I bought a brand new LG TV in December. It says the return window closed in January. It started having a screen issue. It has semi-circles on the left side of the screen when there are bright colors.
It is definitely still under manufacturer warrany but I really would rather not have a brand new tv repaired after just two months. I don't want a refund but it would be awesome to exchange it for the same model that works without circles on the screen. Is my only option and LG repair? I just thought I would try here first. I can pm screenshots of the issue if you like. I just feel like a brand new tv should not have circles on the screen after two months.

I just wanted to publicly thank @Melissa-BBY for her help with a compicated issue. She spent a lot of time helping me and made it look easy.
And I also want to thank Marcus who is the store manage at the South Irving location. He is the best store manager ever and his customer service is second to none. His employees do a great job also and follow his lead.
Because of the good service I received I joined Total Tech and ended up buying another TV today, so now I have two new TV's to join my three other TV's I also bought at Best Buy.
