Schedule a service

When I try to schedule a service online it says no service times available. It says this for every store and for any kind of service. Is the system broken?

Scheduling service should be an easy and seamless experience, so I can see where you are coming from. We are not aware of any widespread issues with our services being scheduled at this time, but you should be able to schedule a service in your area by giving our Geek Squad Agents a call at 1-800-GEEKSQUAD (1-800-433-5778) if you are having issues doing so here.

Wow. Took over a week to answer this?? About as good as your online customer service. (Which is awful) I figured out your systems were down that night and the next day I could see appointments again. So down every night? I don’t know. I hope not. But a message saying it is down would be helpful.
