Savant System remote controls not working

I am assigned to the total tech customer service system. My representative who is supposed to handle issues with my system does not respond to any of my messages. I send text messages, messages through the total tech system, messages through the magnolia app, and I get absolutely no responses. The supervisor who oversees my representative responded in September that he will get the remotes replaced. I have followed up with him six times since then and have received no response. I have three televisions and one remote control. The remotes cost over $700 each and they are as good as a paperweight. It is extremely frustrating to be caught in this customer service labyrinth for over a year. I never thought watching TV would be so stressful. Please help!
