I bought the Samsung wireless charger pad (model P3100) during the Black Friday 2018 sale and have noticed after a few months that it is very picky on when the charger will actually turn on to charge the phone.
It used to only require simply putting the phone on the center of the charger and it'd turn on the charging capability. Now I have to adjust it a few times to make sure the red light comes on that says it's charging. Can't tell you how many times it didn't come on and 2 hours later I was leaving the house with 5% power. Do you think this is an issue with the charger? It worked very well at the beginning, in fact I gave it 5 stars on a review (sorry I did that now). By the way, how can I change that review rating?
Should I file a claim with Samsung? It has a one-year warranty. I didn't get the Best Buy extended warranty as it wasn't that expensive, but now to work this poorly after 6 months is disappointing. Do you do any warranty replacements for Samsung?
