Samsung tv

So I have a Samsung 65” curved tv. I purchased it 2-3 years ago. I bought the protection plan. Everything is been really good in till last year. For some reason the tv wasn’t getting any internet signal. Showing they it wasn’t connected. I try to connect and it wouldn’t let me. So I disconnected the power and that’s the only way that it will find my wireless internet. Nothing else was having this issue just the tv. I called geek Squad and they send a technician. They replaced the wireless antenna. Everything was good for like a week. The issue came back. I called them again and they send another technician. This time they replaced the antenna again and the main board. Also he told me to replace my router, that might be the issue. So after they left I bought a $400 Linksys router. Everything was good no problem. This the issue came back after 2-4 weeks. So I called them again and set up a appointment. Didn’t go to work and waited for the technician. Well he never showed up. This is getting really frustrating. Missing work. My tv not working. I hope I can really get this resolved. I have always bought all my electronics at Best Buy and their geek Squad warranty’s. The 1 time I use it, this happens.

Hey, roger626,

 

As someone who uses a TV pretty heavily for streaming, I would be lost without the WiFi working. I'm sorry to hear you're having so much trouble with this and the additional frustration of the repairs. 

 

Where do you stand now? Do you have a current appointment?

I been emailing this manager. But he stop replying to my emails. No I don’t have a appointment. My last one they never showed up.
