Thanks for joining us at the Best Buy Community forums. I’m sorry about the issues you are having with your refrigerator. I know how disruptive a broken ice maker can be.
As you noted in your post, an ice maker is considered an accessory in a refrigerator, so repairs to an ice maker would not qualify a fridge for repair under the No Lemon provision of our Geek Squad Protection Plans.
That said, we should be able to repair that ice maker under your plan, if it is still active. I’d like to take a closer look into this for you.
