I bought a fridge in 2017 that has been repaired 5 time since for the same reason. Possibly more if it wasn't for covid. No ice, ice maker frozen over, ice build up in back of fridge, etc. I havet the extended 5 year warranty and best buy says it doesn't qualify for refund/replacement because it's a "design flaw". Then why are you still selling items with known design flaws? I always buy my appliances from best buy with warranties and have only had to use it once for a Dyson that wouldn't stay charged. Got my money back no problem and purchased another Dyson from best buy! Everytime a tech comes out to fix it, the invoice shows that i've saved between $500-700. Every single tech tells me the same thing, that it will happen again. So I will keep calling for repairs when it would've been cheaper for them to just refund/replace my unit. I guess Lowe's just got a new customer as soon as all my appliances stop working.

Good Evening, acha.
Thank you for reaching out to us on the Best Buy Forums. I certainly understand how you are feeling after needing multiple repairs on your refrigerator. The Geek Squad Protection plan you purchased on the refrigerator will continue to support your product through the entire duration of the warranty. While there is a no-lemon policy in place on hardware repairs of the same component within the coverage period, not all repairs qualify for this. The ice-maker on refrigerators qualify as accessories, and thus multiple repairs on the ice-maker would not qualify the refrigerator for replacement. I am happy to further review your repair history with you. Please feel free to send a private message with your full name, phone number, and email address.
