Samsung earbud manufacturer warranty

I recently bought a pair of Samsung bud pro in January. The buds works fine until a few weeks a go, it starts to have some popping noise and statics. It's still under manufacturer warranty. Can I bring it back and get a different pair of buds pro?

Unless you purchased an extended warranty you would need to contact Samsung directly for warranty support

Thanks for reaching out! I'm sorry to hear that one of your earbuds have stopped working. Our Return & Exchange Promise is generally 15 days for most products, for most customers, so it's unlikely we'd be able to exchange this, unless you purchased one of our protection plans.
