Samsung Washing Machine Placement - Refund Not Processed

Best Buy,

 

I am due a refund for a Washing Machine replacement (Order Number:{removed per forum guidelines}) and have not received it yet. The original washing machine was under warranty and the geek squad confirmed that I would receive the original amount for the machine since it was still under warranty.

 

Henceforth, I worked with one of your individuals where they provided me a "customer pin" for me to apply the refund when checking out.  I applied the customer pin at checkout, however, the discount was not provided at the time of purchase.  My attempts over email and work out the situation has left me without help and again, for which I tried over the phone.  My attempts for help over the phone has been fruitless as, no one knows how to fix my issue and never got the help I need after multiple attempts.

 

Can you please either apply the refund to my current balance, or, can you please re-issue the refund as a credit to my account?

 

Thanks for any and all assistance.  I was hoping to remeidate the issue with you before I reach out to the credit provider.
