I purchased a Samsung 55" 4k 6 series TV in August 2019. I paid 199 for mounting and setup and paid for 2 years geek squad protection. I purchased this TV for my husband and ever since he's had the tv, occasionally a band of white with black lines would appear onscreen and disappear very quickly, so geek squad came out said they would order new motherboard, motherboard came, geek squad came out and replaced, they could not get the tv to connect to Samsung server, therefore could not get any apps. Geek Squad said samsung server down even though i had no problem on my Samsung TV. I waited all night abd the next day still no connection. I reset the tv back to factory settings and was able to connect to apps. We now see a vertical band of black with the white horizonal lines appear and disappear. They are showing more frequent now. I text the agent that came last. NO RESONSE. My husband tried all day yesterday 11/13/19 to contact someone about this issue. NO RESPONSE. I Paid all together $600.00 for this service and still have the problem, with no response from Best Buy Manager, or Geek Squad. I want either a new TV to replace the one i purchase in August or someone to fix the one i have. I paid for this service and expect to get this service.
