Good afternoon, luizfnm,
Welcome to our forums! As someone who’s in the market for a new TV myself, I can certainly understand wanting to make sure the TV you’ve purchased is functioning properly, and as intended.
In regards to your specific TV, if you haven’t done so yet, I recommend connecting with Samsung’s support team to discuss the rectangle and lines you’re seeing on your end, so they might shed some additional insight into what might be causing them. From there, if it is something that needs to be addressed, you should still be able to utilize your manufacturer’s warranty with them, or schedule an appointment with our Geek Squad here to address any issues as needed.
Regards,
