I am a big fan of Samsung so when we purchase our kitchen appliance, we opted for the Sansung Frig.
BIG MISTAKE. The ice maker breaks down oftern. We have had it replaced, repaired and again it has broken down.
The big issue is that Best Buy is not going to assist you as they say at time of purchase. Your are on your own to call Samsung outside of the US and are required to do a laundry list of things before they will give your time of day and a repair ticket number so you can call a number in California.
I highly recommend not purchase this brand. We have had issues within a year of not only the Frig but also their dishwasher. Another problem that contirubutes to the problem is the installation company that Best Buy in Corona uses.
They not nothing........
