I am so DISAPPOINTED IN BEST BUY! We bought all of our appliances there and we bought Samsung because the salesperson was so complimentary of the products. We immediately had issues with the ice maker and the Geek Squad came out and fixed it. (temporarily) Then my young child was getting water one day and several nuts and washers came out in her cup. Geek squad once again came out and replaced it. We then continuously had problems with the ice maker but were out of warranty so we just had to manually defrost on the front of the fridge. We very rarely have ice and had to buy a countertop ice maker. Now, when the ice maker freezes, it freezes the fan and then my refrigerator cools and ruins all the food I have. I also have a child who takes a very expensive medicine and I can't afford for it to be ruined by this crappy refrigerator. I was so disappointed in my purchase but chalked it up to a lemon, but THEN I found out that Samsung has had this problem since 2006!!! Best Buy has been aware of this and still continues to sell Samsung appliances that are CRAP! We have always been loyal customers to Best Buy and I am so so disappointed in their alliance with this company that has class action suits filed against them! I am having 0 help from Samsung! I am filing with NJBBB and I am prepared to do whatever it takes that Samsung and Best Buy will not continue to rip people off out of our hard-earned money. I just want Best Buy and Samsung to step up and do the right thing. As I type this, I have been on hold for 59 minutes with Best Buy and still holding!!!! DON'T BUY FROM BEST BUY OR SAMSUNG!
