My Samsung RF30HBEDSR has had an ongoing issue where the ice maker freezes up and it stops making and dispensing ice. I have a service plan that will be expiring later this year. Geek squad has " repaired" this issue 3 times already and is coming back next week. Everytime I call I am told there is a new service bulliten and it will be solved this time
what options do I have? Who can help solve this once and for all? There is clearly a design flaw and the " fix" has been little more than a band-aid to pacify me.
This will leterally be the 4th time in the last 3 or 4 years that I've had to call because my $3500 refigerator can't make ice.....Please advise
