Samsung Icemaker Defective

I purchased a Samsung refrigerator that can play music, connect to the internet and show me its contents when I’m in the store. However this “genius “ machine can’t consistently make ice! It jams all the time
It has been repaired three times by Best Buy
What’s worse I have defrosted and Unjammed it more than 20 times over the course of a year
Recently I called Best Buy customer service and they told me the ice maker was an accessory and not covered by the warranty! Who would have thought I purchased a five year refrigerator warranty that does not cover a major component the ice maker!
I read a lot of forums on these and it seems to be a major problem
Best Buy customer service has promised repeatedly to have a supervisor call me back and they never do
It’s terrible I am surprised that they sell these
I am more surprised in the way they treat an elite plus member
