I just purchased a Samsung 4k Tv the MU7000 series about one month ago. It has been working great until this morning it magically stopped fully displaying videos. I double checked the picture settings are on the standard size and "restarted" the tv. It displays a small portion of the image in the left corner of the video you are trying to stream both through apps or on live tv. It also has a pixelated trail around the image as well and is only showing half of the screen when it loads apps.
Has anyone had this issue or has anyone been able to get it fixed? Feeling frustrated because I am 10 days past the return date for elite members and the geek squad protection I purchased will cover fixing this HOWEVER they can't get out to me until July 11th. They will not accept in store tv repairs on tvs larger than 42 inches.. So, now over the holiday, one of the reasons I purchased this tv, I will not be able to use it.
