I too have yet to hear back from Sedwick claims adjuster or anyone going on 8 months! We have provided all documentation, photos, repair quote and geek squads info. Geek Squad damaged our wood floor by sliding out the new range in the kitchen to remount a bracket. Not complicated as far as I'm concerned. I have read so many of these complaints about Sedgwick. Has anyone been able to get satisfactory resolution or been able to resolve their claim?

If they have been unresponsive that long then you may need to file with your state's insurance commisioner and file a complaint with the state attorney's office. Sedgwick is a 3rd party that Best Buy contracts with so difficult to blame best buy and they don't have control.
Some who filed with their insurance commision have had results as companies like Sedgwick are a numbers game and the more people they SOD off the less they have to pay but, insurance commisioners they legally have to respond to or they can be put out of business.

The point is that Best Buy should have their own claims department. They are a big company and no one at Best Buy can or will help you when things go wrong - yes you can blame Best Buy - they hired Sedgwick to represent them in all claims. They shoul dnot be able to hid behind them.
