I purchased a Nikon D3300 camera over a year ago, with an extended warranty. After the camera was dropped, I sent it in for repair and it came back still broken, even though the paperwork said "all issues resolved, tested for total function". So I sent it in AGAIN for repair and it came back STILL BROKEN. Now my warrantly has expired and I am stuck with a broken camera (the problem was intermittent and increasingly grew worse, so I didn't realize it was still a problem until after the warranty expired. I had thought the issue was resolved. I took the camera to a camera shop and they verified the command dial is still not functioning properly). I tried to resolve this with the store manager and his solution was for me to buy a new camera. There's a reason that Consumerist has an entire article outlining the problems with Geek Squad and revealing the fact that many repairs come back unrepaired. Best Buy has cheated me the $400 I paid for my camera, plus the $80 paid for the warranty. Google "problems with Geek Squad" and you'll understand why I will no longer give my business to Best Buy, after being a loyal customer for many years. Please don't add to the greed and corruption; make this right and replace my camera.

Hello, JusticePlease, and thank you for reaching out to us on the forum for support.
We hate to hear you did not have the experience with our Geek Squad that we strive to provide. I can understand expecting your camera to be repaired after sending it in twice, and I'm sorry this wasn't resolved by our service team.
That being said, have you received assistance with your camera or warranty since reaching out on Jan. 28? If not, please send me a Private Message including your full name, email, phone number, and service order numbers. You can find the blue option to message me to the right of my name, below.
Happy to help,
